I love Japan.
I have many fond memories of being there – the food, the people, my friends, so much more. I also love flying ANA to Japan – it is an extension of the culture, an introduction to Japan before actually being there. I imagine business is hurting, or maybe it was time to redo ANA.com, and this is what someone came up with – caricatures of professionals placed front and center presumably in a bid to be attractive to others of the ilk.
ANA, as a designer, I can safely say that this portraiture of a ‘designer’ does not work, neither does the ‘Do Japan’ tagline – would someone please rethink this and come back with something better?
